Full payment is required at time of placing order, however, customers have the right to cancel their order for a full refund or exchange prior to despatch.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the details of their order and delivery address are correct at time of purchase, as China Presentations cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error.
Prices
As we are a British Company, all charges will be made in GBP. There is a currency conversion tool on the site to show prices in other currencies, but final payment will be made in GBP.
Any prices listed may contain errors or omissions. In the event of an incorrect price being listed we will not be duty bound to supply the goods at the incorrect price.

We use www.sagepay.com for online credit card authorisation. Sage Pay provides secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK.

Refund Policy and Returns
In the unlikely event of loss or damage to a shipment, all goods are fully insured and replacements will be supplied free of charge.
A full refund will be made for goods that cannot be replaced or an alternative will be offered.
China Presentations will require notification of any breakages or faults within 7 days of delivery and may require a photograph or return of all damaged items.
Returns to China Presentations for reasons other than loss or damage are subject to return shipping costs. All returns must be reported to China Presentations and received within 14 days of receipt in original packaging. Special Order items that are returned may be subject to a handling fee.
Manufacturing Variations
Some china manufacturers are now outsourcing production overseas. For this reason, china purchased from us may not exactly match your existing china if it was produced in England. China Presentations will not be held responsible for variations in colour, density and material.
Sizes and Capacities
Every care is taken to ensure that descriptions and specifications provided by us are correct, however these are supplied to us by the manufacturers and are accurate within the normal standards generally accepted by the industry.

Import duties/taxes
Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties/taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser. This now includes shipments to the EU. As duties & tax vary from country to country, we suggest that you contact your local authorities for further information.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 2 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
